 Refunds   - No fuss refunds of money for goods returned within 30 days     - Refund does not include shipping cost. -

 For Deliveries of Gold Jewellery   a small fee for insurance shall apply, depending upon the Order value. (normally 2.25%) - 

Delivery: The cheapest delivery are by AIR MAIL POST. Some Countries have a very good and quick Postal service, ea: USA, AUSTRALIA, U.K., JAPAN, CANADA , KOREA, HONG KONG, GERMANY, and presents no problems. Parcel are delivered within 5 to 9 days in such Countries.  Invoice will be in the Parcel with the Merchandise . 

Cost of Delivery do not include Insurance, unless specified and paid for as an Extra. While we have NEVER (really) lost a parcel in over 6 years, - save for returned parcels due to incomplete address - for expensive/rare stuff we do recommend you do insure the parcel.

Other forms of delivery can be arranged (DHL International Couriers, EMS (Express Mail Service) etc.) - at Customer request

We always follow up within approx. 10 days asking confirmation and Your comments  good or bad,  all appreciated so to improve our services, Your confirmation of receiving the Items is appreciated as ONLY then - after you checked the Item/s will the pictures removed from the Site.

Cancellation fees: Special Orders - wholesale - which are cancelled after part or whole payment has been made and the Items are  ready to deliver, will attract a 10% Cancellation Fees.
